The key factors in obtaining the very high reliability of the compressor airend include: A state-of-the-art patented rotor profile with a precision ground 5/6 lobe combination, providing higher compressed air out put with lower power consumption. Compensation springs to assure exact rotor end clearance, improving airend efficiency. Exclusive lubricant channels, machined into the rotors that improve rotor lubrication.   THE ENCASULATED AIREND Each airend in the Combi range has been designed and built to offer maximum reliability to users of smaller quantities of compressed air. Air flow through the sump provides 3-stage seperation. This encapsulation of the airend moves much of the lubricant piping internal and greatl reducs the possibility of leaky fittings, broken pipes and worn hoses. Changing the separator is a easy as changing the lubricant fitter spin off, spin on.   COMPRESSED AIR TREATMENT The cobi compressor package includes a built-in dryer, complete with prefiter and afterfilter. Presure dewpoint of 39° F can be achieved with the Combi dryer. Contaminants ae removed down to 0.01 microns to assure lower maintenance and extended life of downstream tools and equipment. SOLID STATE ELECRONIC CONTROL Alup integrates dryer and compressor controls in one easy to read control panel. The electronic compressor control allows viewing of all major operating parametes and settings. The adjustability of the control allows it to be customizded to each application.

LOW NOISE The extremely low noise level (as low as 63dB(A)) allows installation directly into the work environment. DESIGN The Combi, although a heavy-duty industrial machine, features simple, proportional aesthetic design and is an attractive addition to any work environment. INSTALLATION Ease of maneuverability is achieved thanks to a specially designed arrangement to compressor base. The only installation requirement is to bring power in and ipe the clean, dry air out.
